7. Written 1:1 Services (“Somatic Decode”)
Written services are educational and reflective in nature and are not therapy, coaching, psychological treatment, or medical consultation.
Estimated delivery time is approximately 3 business days unless otherwise stated.
The website owner reserves the right to decline requests that fall outside the scope of the offered service.
8. Live 1:1 Sessions Policy
If live 1:1 sessions are offered in the future, the following policies apply unless otherwise stated:
• Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.
• Repeated late cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.
Live sessions are educational and wellness-oriented and do not constitute medical or psychological treatment.

Any retreat-related body-based experiences or optional add-ons are intended for wellness, relaxation, and educational purposes only.
